Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the SVP, Global Supply Chain and E2E & Procurement leadership teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure supply chain strategy is aligned with key financial business strategies across all business units.
  • Use analytics to understand and communicate causes of variances and present analysis in a simple, concise format.
  • Participate in S&OP program development to ensure finance alignment is included in S&OP discussions and decisions.
  • Translate supply chain improvements to financial results and develop processes to translate and clearly communicate bottom line impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position in large multinationals and ideally agricultural commodity business close to manufacturing, logistics and distribution operations.
  • Experience working in an organization with centralized services functions providing global business services or shared services activities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with multiple, changing and competing priorities.
