Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with NAPA customers
  • Provide efficient and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner
  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy
  • Account for cash on Collect on Delivery (COD) orders and maintain a detailed delivery log
  • Clean and perform routine maintenance functions for the delivery vehicle and store
  • Adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials
  • Assist with parts counter sales, including managing inventory and ordering parts
  • Contribute to resolving discrepancies between computer inventory and actual parts available
  • Research and obtain information for special orders
  • Monitor and update parts inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability and desire to learn
  • General understanding of automotive systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment
  • Dependability and consistency

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Bending and lifting at least 75 pounds
