Job Summary

The Greek House Director is a key member of the InsideHigherEd team, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and staff of a Greek residential facility. This is a twelve-month position with set working hours for the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Greek house
  • Develop and implement programs to promote a safe, hospitable, and respectful living environment
  • Collaborate with external constituents, including House Board members, alumni, volunteers, parents, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures
  • Complete required training and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good judgment skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with University and community resources
  • Knowledge of computers and software, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated commitment to expanding multicultural knowledge, awareness, and skills
