Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing core products for our heterogeneous integration platform, combining silicon and compound semiconductor technologies. This will involve designing analog circuitry to millimeter-wave circuits, with some involvement in basic digital control elements. Collaboration within the Design Group is essential to create high-performance circuits across various integrated circuit platforms, while also considering testing, packaging, and verification strategies to reduce product costs.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of analog, radio-frequency, and millimeter-wave circuit design. The ideal candidate will have experience with various transceiver architectures and their trade-offs, system specifications, and the ability to translate system requirements into circuit requirements at the IC level. Additionally, the candidate should be able to design circuit blocks up to 100 GHz and advise on testing strategies. Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Keysight ADS, and/or Cadence AWR environments is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of analog, radio-frequency, and millimeter-wave circuit design
  • Experience with various transceiver architectures and their trade-offs
  • Ability to design circuit blocks up to 100 GHz
  • Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Keysight ADS, and/or Cadence AWR environments
  • Fluency with 2.5D/3D electromagnetic simulation
  • MS or PhD in electrical engineering or related field
