Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with spine and orthopedic conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in spine and orthopedic nursing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Experience in spine and orthopedic nursing or a related field
