Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse Spine and Orthopedic Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and implementing evidence-based practices. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to advance the practice of nursing and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of growth and development over the appropriate life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs.
You will also need to have the ability to provide care needed by the pertinent patient group(s) and implement and/or comply with all the policies, procedures, and standards of the unit, department, and institution.
