Job Overview

RTA US is currently seeking a NLP Quality Assurance Specialist for a contract role. This position involves working remotely and requires alignment with PST hours.

Compensation: $17 to $20 per hour (W2)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate annotated datasets to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and project specifications.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to machine learning and NLP engineers to enhance precision and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine model performance based on the provided annotated datasets.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of annotation standards and best practices.
  • Generate training datasets for ML/NLP engineers to establish a reliable Ground Truth.
  • Contribute examples and insights for training materials.
  • Identify deficiencies in training content and propose enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Familiarity with tools and software utilized for NLP annotation is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or a strong interest in linguistics.
  • Background in NLP projects focusing on chatbots, text classification, and named entity recognition.
  • Experience in copywriting, UX content creation, and development aligned with voice and brand guidelines.
  • Experience in evaluating machine-generated speech, prompt engineering, search results evaluation, and search query categorization.
  • Ability to follow intricate processes.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve objectives.
