Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Charlie's Produce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, from production to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify packaging, labeling, and lot coding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform daily ATP swabs to verify sanitation and cleanliness.
  • Audit Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct training sessions for production staff.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a food processing facility, preferably in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with production staff and management.
  • HACCP training and certification.

  • A competitive salary range of $22-25 per hour, dependent on experience.
