Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Lorenz Clinic. As the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health services, you will play a critical role in welcoming and guiding clients through the initial steps of their mental health journey.

• Answer inquiry calls in a respectful manner and assess for special needs and/or accommodations
• Coordinate and facilitate all inquiry calls regarding Lorenz Clinic programs
• Use excellent telephone etiquette, empathy, and active listening skills
• Assess and triage client admissions using identified admission criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, public health, nursing, or other human services field
• 1 year experience in a behavioral health related field, managed care, or call center
• Ability to work at least 16 hours per weekend as assigned
• Computer proficiency
