About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Access Automation. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, and developing strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability across assigned territories
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product positioning and pricing strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales training programs, marketing campaigns, and product launches
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the access automation industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time, including attendance at national and regional trade shows

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
