Join Our Team as a Cardiovascular Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Johns Hopkins HealthCare. As a member of our Cardiac Cath/Electrophysiology team, you will work alongside our EP Cardiologist or Interventional Cardiologist and Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care, before, during, and after interventional/diagnostic cath lab and EP cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Function in all three roles (scrub, circulator assist, and recorder) in all interventional/diagnostic cath lab cases
  • Function as a scrub and circulator assist in all EP cases
  • Operate equipment in the cath lab
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Health Science (cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, or ultrasound)
  • 1 year of cardiac cath/EP lab experience preferred
  • Certified as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), Cardiac Interventional Radiographer (CI), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiographer (CV), or Vascular Interventional Radiographer (VI)
  • ACLS/PALS/BLS within one year of hire
