We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Northcote Group. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality pastry dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pastry menus that showcase your creativity and technical skills
  • Lead and mentor junior pastry chefs to ensure consistent high standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
