Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the COO, providing strategic guidance and support on key initiatives and projects.

  • Develop and implement processes to improve executive decision-making, communication, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Experience working in a startup environment preferred.
