Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Psychiatric Unit team on a full-time day shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. You will also supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
Requirements
