As an Advanced Patient Care Coordinator, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and advocate for patients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates patient care and delegates tasks as appropriate to other team members
  • Develops and revises individualized plans of care based on patient needs and responses
  • Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronic displays
  • Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Maintains current State of Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
  • ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas
