Job Summary:

As a Business Development Analyst at WebMD, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Clinical Strategy team by analyzing data to identify physician and healthcare professional segments that align with client promotional programs. You will oversee strategic programs, conduct campaign impact analyses using prescription data, and develop interactive data tools and dashboards to support Sales and other internal teams. Additionally, you will automate and optimize targeting, campaign management, and pitch processes to reduce lead time and expedite client solutions. Your work will also involve managing Omnichannel programs, creating configurations, monitoring reporting dashboards, and recommending optimizations. You will collaborate with the Machine Learning team to create custom audience segments for each Omnichannel client and monitor investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data to identify physician and healthcare professional segments for client promotional programs
- Oversee strategic programs and conduct campaign impact analyses using prescription data
- Develop interactive data tools and dashboards to support Sales and other internal teams

Requirements:

- BS in a STEM major
- 1+ years' of professional or internship experience
- Advanced in Excel
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Experience designing or building data visualization dashboards (e.g. Looker, LookerStudio, Tableau)
- Experience with Python, a plus
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- High energy, self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Outstanding team player, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative critical thinker and passionate about data
- Ability to balance attention to detail with quick execution against tight timelines
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written - ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable presentations
