Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist

NAPA Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, families, and colleagues to provide exceptional care and support.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide services to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with disorders that affect development of motor and behavioral skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Treatment of motor deficits and functional impairments in the pediatric population
  • Assessment and referral of clients to other disciplines as needed
  • Development of tailored treatment plans to address client limitations and goals
  • Application of a range of physical therapy techniques to address presented conditions
  • Patient/caregiver training in the use of assistive technology devices and mobility devices
  • Adaptation of environments and processes to enhance functional performance of clients
  • Participation in professional development and continuing education opportunities
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Bachelor of Applied Science or Physical Therapy degree from an accredited University
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate physical therapy experience, preferably in a pediatric setting
  • Background clearance with DOJ and FBI
  • Annual TB test clearance
  • CPR and First Aid certificates
  • Current registration with the appropriate licensing board
