Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
- In-Home Therapy Services: Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
- Family Engagement: Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient. Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas
- Current BLS License
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
