Respiratory Therapist Specialist

At Northern Louisiana Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic agents related to respiratory care procedures. This includes implementing treatment, disease prevention, pulmonary rehabilitative, or diagnostic regimens prescribed by a physician.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor respiratory care treatments to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide cardiac diagnostic and respiratory therapy services for in-patient and out-patient populations 24 hours a day.
- Work with a diverse patient population, including newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, to maintain optimal physiological maintenance of the cardiac and respiratory systems.
- Strong understanding of respiratory care principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
