JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of special events across various venues.
  • Serve food and beverages from the kitchen and service areas.
  • Enhance the presentation of dishes through garnishing and decoration.
  • Monitor guest needs to provide timely assistance and determine when meals are completed.
  • Process payments accurately, including presenting checks and making change.
  • Prepare and serve items such as soups, salads, and desserts, as well as brew coffee.
  • Reset tables and clear dining areas after each course.
  • Ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and verify identification as necessary.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of alcohol effects and exercise good judgment in service.
  • Support fellow servers by retrieving and delivering orders as needed.
  • Assist with side duties, including cleaning, restocking, and setup of service areas.
  • Promote exceptional guest service throughout all interactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience or training is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
