Job Overview

Jackson Fence Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fence Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of fence installers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of fence installers to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects
  • Develop and implement plans to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation
  • Interact with clients in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Class A driver's license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience as a foreman/crew leader on a fence installation crew
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of fence installation materials and techniques
