Landscape Crew Supervisor

Job Title: Landscape Crew Leader

Job Summary:

This is a supervisory position responsible for executing landscape plans, managing projects, schedules, employees, and maintaining productive relationships with customers.

Duties and Functions:

• Execute projects such as mulching, deep edging, shrub trimming, pulling and spraying weeds, and other maintenance required to make commercial or residential properties appear professional and well kept.
• Manage the entire scope of projects and make the best use of personnel assigned to your crew.
• Operate various equipment including a pickup truck and trailer, zero-turn lawn mowers, shrub trimmers, weed whackers, sidewalk edgers, and other hand tools.
• Drive a commercial vehicle and pull a trailer.
• Manage, develop, and effectively communicate with your crew.
• Perform maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Ensure quality meets company standards on all projects and maintenance duties performed.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to meet insurance standards.
• One year of experience leading a landscaping crew.
• Must have advanced mowing equipment experience.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently in addition to hand spreading mulch or other materials as needed.
