Responsibilities and Requirements

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a valued member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one nursing care to children in a home environment. This includes:

  • Developing individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Taking direction from clinical teams and being overseen by a registered nurse
  • FOLLOWING ALL CLINICAL AND OFFICE POLICIES

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
  • Physical within three years
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
