The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN with Care Options for Kids, you will provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, working collaboratively with a clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. You will take direction from our clinical team and be supervised by a registered nurse, following all relevant policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in a home setting, working collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Prepare and deliver medications, perform routine trach and g-tube care, and document all treatments within our electronic documentation platform. Follow all relevant policies and procedures, taking direction from our clinical team and being supervised by a registered nurse.
