We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hines. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Requests: Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Facility Maintenance: Conduct daily site walks, resolve assigned work orders, and aid customers and the facilities team as needed.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with customers regarding status updates and service requests, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and services are tailored to individual needs.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the administration of materials and supply management processes, including managing facilities storage space and maintaining updated inventory information.
  • Vendor Management: Escort vendors to on-site work locations, serve as the primary on-site point of contact for vendors, and develop and maintain ethical and courteous relations with clients, occupants, landlords, and service partners.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure all work is properly recorded in the system of record, maintain client and vendor contact lists, and track operational data.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Two or more years of professional experience required.
  • Skills: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues efficiently, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop positive relationships, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to manually lift 35 lbs, climb up and down stairs, access restrictive openings, and perform emergency procedures.
