Job Description:

We are seeking an Audit Intern to join our Audit Services team in Huntsville, Alabama. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to conduct financial statement audits and serve the capital markets by ensuring accuracy and reliability of client financial information while upholding principles of objectivity and independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelor of Accountancy, Master of Accountancy, or equivalent program;
  • Pursuing educational requirements for CPA licensure in the principal place of business (the state in which the office is located);
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship;
  • Knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting standards; knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles;
  • Ability to navigate various computer applications, including MS Office (emphasis on Excel);
  • Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills;
