We are seeking a Deli Host to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Deli Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing deli products, and maintaining a clean and stocked deli area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deli Product Preparation: Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, sandwiches, and wraps according to company guidelines.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with store cashier team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds, work in various temperatures.
