Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech and Language Specialist to join our team at AdvisaCare. As a Pediatric Speech and Language Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young clients by providing exceptional speech and language therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language disorders in pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address speech and language needs in pediatric clients.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities in pediatric clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and nurses, to provide holistic care for pediatric clients.
  • Monitor and document progress and outcomes of therapy sessions in pediatric clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and maintain progress in pediatric clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of pediatric speech and language pathology and implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, and excellent benefits, including 401K, paid time off, and medical benefits.
