Job Summary

We are seeking a highly energetic and positive Customer Service Representative & Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating guests on our services, and selling our membership packages.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests, educate guests on washes, upgrades, and membership packages, and ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
  • Sales: Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships, BLISS Single Wash Packages, and upgrades, and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Quality Control: Verify all vehicles are BLISS clean and wipe down vehicles within company guidelines.
  • Site Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean work area, perform after-hours site cleaning, and follow company safety protocol.
  • Teamwork: Be a team player, maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Customer service experience in retail, guest service industry, fast food, or car wash preferred, but not required. Sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge: Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service, flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations, and ability to improve through training.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 15lbs, stand/walk for long periods of time, and work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures and conditions.

  • Competitive Pay: $20 hourly base pay, plus commission and incentives.

  • Sign-on Bonus: $500 payable after 90 days of continued employment.
