Pay Scale:
Hourly rates range from $22 to $32

Summary:
Our Automotive Service Technicians are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles for our customers.

The key responsibilities include utilizing industry-standard tools and equipment to execute repair tasks on automobiles while adhering to dealership and manufacturer quality standards.

Technicians will also assess vehicles for potential issues, document their findings, and communicate repair recommendations to prevent future complications.


Responsibilities:
Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis, and testing

Conduct routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance tasks

Repair vehicles and light trucks as assigned

Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs

Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards

Assist in maintaining shop appearance and safety protocols

Support efficient shop operations by performing duties such as inventory management and other general tasks

Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations

Perform additional duties as assigned

Stay current with all manufacturer and dealership training requirements

Requirements:
Experience as a technician at a dealership level

Some post-secondary automotive training

High school diploma or GED

Must meet a pro-efficiency standard set by the shop

Maintain certification requirements from manufacturers and dealerships

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Willingness to learn new processes and adapt swiftly
