Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree: Completed Bachelor's degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred.
  • 12+ Years of Engineering Experience: 12+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ Years in Senior Leadership Position: 3+ years in a senior leadership position like Principal Engineer, or relevant SME experience.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Front-End Technologies: In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Role Model and Champion Modern Ways-of-Working: Role model and champion modern ways-of-working such as Agile, DevOps and related practices, actively participate in an engineering community.
  • Strong Communication and Storytelling Skills: Strong communication and 'storytelling' skills - ability to articulate a vision or concept in simple terms to a broad audience at every level.

Compensation and Benefits Package

myGwork - LGBTQ+ professionals & allies' compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $190,200 - $249,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
