In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that construction initiatives are completed efficiently, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

We seek an individual who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and outstanding analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and team members to strategize and implement construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Perform comprehensive research and analysis to formulate project plans, encompassing cost assessments, financial projections, and schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate project operations, guaranteeing that all activities are executed on time and within financial limits.
  • Engage with architects, engineers, and contractors to address any design or construction challenges that may emerge throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the field team and the office, providing timely updates and ensuring effective information flow.
  • Track project advancement and conduct regular evaluations to confirm adherence to specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Execute risk evaluations and implement proactive strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are advantageous but not mandatory.
