Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Autonomous Vehicle Operator to join our team at Manpower Engineering. As an AVO, you will be responsible for driving and operating autonomous vehicles safely and efficiently, while also performing various tasks such as data collection, vehicle maintenance, and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate autonomous vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Collect and analyze data related to vehicle performance and operations
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Support logistics and supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth vehicle operations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
Training and Development

Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Training hours will be the same as your shift, and training is typically 46 weeks.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $29/hour before and after training, and $30.45/hour after training. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, commuter benefits, sick leave, pet insurance, gym discount, and holidays paid.
