Job Description & Requirements

  • Job Summary: Provide physical therapy services, under the direction of a registered physical therapist to patients in their place of residence, who have physical impairments, resulting from injury, disease, disability or other causes.
  • Key Activities:
    • Daily documentation is thorough and timely
    • Application of standard treatment procedures
    • Teaching is provided to patients and caregivers

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Two years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to work with diverse populations
  • Strong verbal, written and electronic communications skills
  • Travel required within PHH's geographic area
  • Ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices
