Requirements:

  • Nursing Education: Successful completion of a nursing education program from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Experience: Current RN licensure in the state where the branch is located, at least one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term setting, and home health experience preferred.
  • Clinical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in fundamental medical-surgical nursing principles and practice.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and ability to use electronic medical records.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification.
