Job Description

We are seeking a Part Time Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a Part Time Therapist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to clients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete CDAs, evaluate and provide mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including yearly CDAs, further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes for every session according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20 scheduled sessions per week and a minimum of 15 executed client visits per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as indicated
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
  • Candidates are required to have a LMFT, LCPC, LCSW license in the state of Idaho
  • Prompt and Effective Communicator
  • Model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
  • Comfort with a highly automated intake process - electronic paperwork, patient portals, etc.
  • Comfort with collecting the patient's financial responsibility at time of service and discussing billing issues with clients as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to sign a non-complete and commitment that during employment you will provide all therapy services through Ellie and not split with private practice or another agency
