Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage daily operations, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our restaurant team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our team members and customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

At MOD Pizza, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly wage of $14.50, plus an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings We also offer paid sick time, paid vacation, free food and beverages, discounted pet insurance and gym membership, free counseling sessions, medical/dental/vision/basic life/disability, and 401(k) retirement.
