Role Purpose:

We prioritize the safety of our workforce. The Maintenance Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment within our facilities meets industry standards and operates efficiently, thereby safeguarding our associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the repair, adjustment, and ongoing upkeep of facilities.
  • Conduct general electrical repairs and maintenance on various equipment within the company.
  • Perform regular inspections to identify necessary maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all equipment required for work is maintained properly.
  • Prepare for operations by obtaining work schedules and daily production documentation.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections.
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment in accordance with established processes and standards.
  • Maintain, replace, construct, adjust, and modify facilities, buildings, and grounds as per a set schedule and in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and keep the maintenance area organized and tidy as required. At the end of each shift, secure all equipment and complete necessary reports and documentation.
  • Execute other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

Minimum of 6 months experience in general sanitation, cleaning, or janitorial work.

At least 6 months of maintenance experience.

Must pass post-offer drug screening and criminal background check.
