Riptide Technology is seeking a qualified Lead Physical Security Analyst with Top Secret clearance.
This role requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Physical Security Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in all facets of physical security.
This position may also support the Government Security Team in providing SCIF Construction assistance and serve as a backup for Program Security Administration.

Essential Qualifications:
U.S. citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance are mandatory, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree coupled with 1 year of relevant experience in the following areas:
- Drafting and executing Construction Security Plans (CSPs).
- Technical proficiency in interpreting and implementing ICD/S 705 Technical Specifications.
- Expertise in managing Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and closed-circuit camera systems.
- Experience in creating and implementing Emergency Action Plans (EAP).
- Conducting physical security inspections of SCIFs.
- Completing Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC) and TEMPEST Checklists.
- Applying security in-depth concepts related to Facility Security Levels (FSL).
- Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP) experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SPFC).
- Physical Security Certification (PSC).
- 7 or more years of experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
- 5 years of experience operating an ACS.
- Experience in completing an ICD/S 705 Shipboard Checklist.
- Experience in badge creation and issuance.
- Oversight of mobile SCIF construction.
- Knowledge of TEMPEST countermeasures.
- CDSE PSC Certification or equivalent in the Intelligence Community.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, with 6 weeks of paid time off; immediate full vesting in 401k with a company contribution equal to 9% of salary; paid training; and comprehensive company-paid benefits including Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
