Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our retail banking team as a Teller - Liberty. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers with their banking needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and banking services
  • Process cash transactions, including counting and verifying cash
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
  • Basic math skills required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
