Pellet Mill Operator

We are seeking a skilled Pellet Mill Operator to join our team at Lignetics, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production and experience with process controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Pellet Mill Operation: Operate and adjust four pellet mills, and regulate regular dryer inlet and outlet temperatures per specifications.
- Material Mix: Regulate material mix to obtain the optimal pellet moisture and pellet density ratio.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, spot fires, and hot bearings.
- Reporting: Complete a daily report detailing temperature readings, dried material moisture, and perform density checks per specifications.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: One to two years production experience in an industrial setting highly preferred.
- Skills: Working knowledge of all aspects of the production process, process controls experience a plus.
