Job Title: Medical Lab Specialist

The 2nd Shift Medical Lab Specialist role is to provide support to Quality by preparing and evaluating microsections. Key responsibilities include manual preparation of in-process and final cross sections, as well as automatic grinding machine preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual preparation of in-process and final cross sections
  • Automatic grinding machine preparation of cross sections
  • Evaluate cross sections to IPC/customer requirements for in-process quality
  • Evaluate cross sections to IPC/customer requirements for final quality
  • Report generation of microsection analysis
  • Maintenance of archived microsection reports-hard copies and electronic copies
  • Maintenance of archived microsections
  • Control of lot status, including segregation of passed, failed, and inspected product
  • Prioritize microsection workload accordingly
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years minimum PWB experience
  • Experience with Chemical Analysis for PWB manufacturing
  • Must have very good concentration
  • Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and experience
