We are seeking an experienced Research Animal Care Specialist to join our team in Hollister, CA. As a Research Animal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our research animals. Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining animal enclosures and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Caring for animals, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed.
  • Conducting daily observations of animal behavior and reporting any concerns to management.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, animal science, or veterinary medicine.
  • At least 2 years of experience in animal care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
