The Mansions at Alpharetta is seeking a caring and compassionate Caregiver Support Associate to join our team. As a Caregiver Support Associate, you will provide essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the Wellness Director to develop and implement individualized care plans. About the Role:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility as needed
- Maintain awareness of each resident's general state of physical and mental health, reporting any changes to the Wellness Director
- Keep an inventory of medical supplies and assist with ordering when necessary
- Develop and maintain assignments for the Wellness Director
- Participate in orienting and on-boarding new staff members
- Respond to resident emergencies, provide first aid, and arrange for medical follow-up as needed

Requirements:
- Current State Nurse's Aide registration preferred but not required
- Experience working with seniors and passion for delivering high-quality care
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
