Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Caregiver - Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients, following individual plans of care, and assisting with daily life activities. Responsibilities
  • Maintain a healthy and safe living environment for our clients
  • Assist clients with medication management and treatment plans as needed
  • Provide assistance with personal care and daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Support clients with money management and budgeting
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings as needed
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older due to auto liability coverage
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
Working Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community-based facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize the needs of our clients.
