About the Role

Spectrum Industries is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our team in the field of fire protection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing fire prevention and forest fire protection matters, including independent handling of inquiries and fundamental matters, preparation of statements and management proposals, and answering parliamentary inquiries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Fire Prevention and Forest Fire Protection
    • Process and manage fire prevention and forest fire protection matters, including responding to inquiries and preparing statements and management proposals.
    • Participate in working/project groups for the further development of fire protection policies and procedures.
    • Supervise the forest fire competence center and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, emergency services, and community groups.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in fire protection and emergency management.
    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in fire protection, emergency management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
