Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Spectrum Industries is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our team in Potsdam. As a key member of our fire protection working group, you will be responsible for processing fire prevention and forest fire protection matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing of fire prevention and forest fire protection matters
  • Independent handling of inquiries and fundamental matters, preparation of statements and management proposals
  • Answering parliamentary inquiries
  • Participation in working/project groups for the further development of fire protection
  • Supervision of the forest fire competence center

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of fire protection principles and practices.
