We are a nationwide retail hemp company seeking outgoing, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will work in a tranquil boutique environment, where your expertise and enthusiasm will make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Responsibilities:- Maintain exceptional customer service and relationships with new and returning customers
- Educate customers on product knowledge and benefits
- Ensure the store is stocked with products and supplies on a daily basis
- Meet and exceed sales and weekly goals
- Must be 21 years of age
- Weekend availability is a must
- Fast learner and coachable
- Cash handling and POS knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Dependable and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
- Paid training
- Product credit a month
