We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Consultant to join our team at CBD American Shaman, LLC. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our CBD products.
- Ensure the store is stocked and visually appealing at all times.
- Meet and exceed sales and weekly goals.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Guaranteed commission on sales.
- Paid training and certification program.
- Product credit and discounts.
