Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective emergency response plans to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with management to ensure solutions are being thoroughly implemented and seen through to completion.
- Able to track revenue and costs of each project and provide opportunities for lessons learned to continue growth and improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in restoration services, including mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, large loss claims, and commercial restoration.
- Certifications in IICRC and industry standards for property structure and personal item restoration.
- Ability to work in difficult environments, including confined spaces and extreme weather conditions.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and pass a criminal background verification.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on production.
